If you contact us by WhatsApp, telephone or email, we receive the information contained in that message.

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, to prepare a quotation and to carry out any work you go on to instruct. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.
Sharing
Enquiry form submissions are delivered to our business email address by an email delivery provider acting on our behalf. Where a job requires specialist trades, we may share only the details necessary to quote or complete the work. WhatsApp messages are processed by WhatsApp under its own privacy terms.
Retention
Enquiry information is kept only for as long as needed to respond, to deliver any work instructed and to meet our record-keeping obligations.
