Do you provide quotes for larger property improvements and renovations?
Yes. Larger property improvement and renovation work is quoted individually. The price depends on the scope and requirements of the particular project, so the work is assessed before a suitable quote is provided.
Do I need to supply the materials?
Either option is fine. You can supply your own suitable materials or Q Branch can source the materials required for the job. Where Q Branch supplies materials, requirements and costs can be agreed as part of the quote.
Where you purchase and supply a product directly, Q Branch remains responsible for carrying out its own workmanship with reasonable care and skill, but Q Branch does not provide the manufacturer’s or product warranty for products you have purchased independently. Product faults, defects or manufacturer warranty claims for those products will normally need to be addressed with the retailer or manufacturer.
If we believe a customer-supplied product is unsuitable or incompatible with the intended work, we will advise you before proceeding.
